Comparison of three different muscle spindles from YPF expressing mice (Thy1 promoter) using as identical settings & conditions as possible on three different confocal microscopes.  Each image is the maximum projection of a z-series sample.  Step size 0.44 um.  Note that the same algorithm was used for each maximum projection.  Note that substantial differences in the image produced by each manufacturers' projection was noted.  See these images for comparison.
