8.3.1   Run Confocal Assistant:-

• with mouse hit:-  Start -> Programs -> Confocal Assistant -> Confocal Assistant 4.02

8.3.2   Load the PIC file(s) into Confocal Assistant:-  

• mouse to file -> open -> sim_b00.pic

8.3.3   Viewing the z-series as a movie:-  

• press the Play Series button

8.3.4   Generating a maximum brightness projection:-

• mouse to Series -> Project & OK
